25. Drink 8 cups of fluids every day for a week.

The standard for hospital nutrition is to give your tube fed patients about as many mL of water as you’re giving them calories. For a 2,000 calorie formula, that works out to be about 8.4 cups of water. But a lot of that comes from the tube feeding itself-and a lot of the water we need can come from our diet. I wanted to try drinking the recommended amount for once, so soups and pretty much any drink besides coffee will count as well as water.

Progress: none
